Maybank Public House (JI): We Meet Again

I’ve been here a few times and I have mixed feelings about the place. It has three main components, a sit down restaurant area (I’ve never been in there), a bar area (I’ve been there a lot) and an outdoor beer garden. The beer garden is dog friendly and when we went there recently the manager came out to give my dog treats and water. Brian told me not to let that sway my review , but lets face it, I’ve been bribed with dog love and now I’m puddy in their hands. The service is always amazing, bartenders, hostesses, managers, all around a really great staff. The food is a solid 4/5 and always has interesting specials to choose from, I usually get the seafood. My only problem with the place is they have a cheap mimosa special that I get very excited about then I order it and remember that the cheap champagne is crap and now I’m stuck with this giant mimosa craft. But like I said, its super cheap and I’ll probably make that mistake again - Jamie
