Guarlart & Maliclet: We Gonna Rock it Tonight!

You click and the only sentence you read is "Tipping not expected". Would you share my expectation of a cafeteria walk-through, pay at the counter style setup? In Charleston, really Brian? Ok, ok, you are in Jamie's camp and I digress. Turns out, Guarlart & Maliclet is a hip little spot with a small bar and two rectangular tables meeting at half circle to accommodate two groups each. Jamie had scallops and I had the chicken special, both served with couscous and steamed vegetables, paired with a couple glasses of red table wine. The food was overpriced for being pretty basic and nothing to write home about. But, I was content to pay the price and revel in the idea of sitting at a French Restaurant playing reggae:
